Shipping and Returns Policy

At Morgan Ranch OK, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with integrity and care. Below is our shipping and returns policy for orders placed through our website.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
   
• Shipping Methods: We use reliable carriers for all deliveries. For perishable items (such as beef), we ship with insulated packaging and may limit shipping to certain days to ensure freshness.
   
• Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
   
• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free local pickup may be available if arranged in advance.
   

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on perishable items (e.g., beef, frozen goods) unless there is a problem with the product related to quality or fulfillment error.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue at info@morganranchok.com.

We accept returns or exchanges of unused, non-perishable merchandise (e.g., branded apparel, hats, etc.) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
   
• To initiate a return, email us at info@morganranchok.com with your order number and reason for return.
   

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
